Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Emma Austin Studio.

Every frame and mount is hand-painted to order from our studio in Surrey. We take great care in creating each piece, so please allow time for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

Production Time

As each item is made to order, production takes approximately 2–3 weeks before your order is ready to ship.

If your order is likely to take longer than this, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

You can choose from the following delivery options at checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery in 1 working day after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery in 2 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times begin after the 2–3 week production period and are estimates provided by Royal Mail.

Shipping Costs

Free UK shipping on all orders over £140.
Shipping costs for orders under £140 are calculated at checkout.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, your order will usually be shipped together once all items have been been completed. This helps reduce packaging waste and ensures your order arrives together.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays

We always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timescales. However, delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, severe weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
